What is the salon’s guest policy?
While we understand that sometimes you may want to have additional guests with you for your appointment, our space really doesn’t offer enough space for guests to accompany you on your appointment - and we firmly believe that you deserve some quality, unencumbered you-time. If you need to reschedule your appointment to a time where you can come and enjoy your appointment alone, please feel free to reach out to us and we are happy to assist you.
Are children allowed in the salon?
While we love children - we have to be respectful of other guests within the salon, and sometimes children can create a bit too much noise when others may be looking for a peaceful, self-care oriented environment. Additionally, there are chemicals as well as hot and sharp tools around that could be dangerous to children. As a result, we ask that children who are not receiving a service do not join you for your appointment. If you need to reschedule to a time where you can acquire childcare, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, we will be happy to assist you.
Are pets allowed in the salon?
We’re definitely pet people - but unfortunately we are limited by the scope of our licenses, insurance and regulations, so pets are not allowed at the salon or on our premises. If the pet is a registered service animal, we will accommodate you to the best of our abilities - and you’re welcome to reach out to us via email (info@sprucesalonmt.com) to set up an appointment.
What happens if I am late or miss my appointment? What is your cancellation policy?
It happens, we totally understand. We’d like you to let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or if you’re running late and we will do our best to accommodate you. We may not be able to provide your service if you are too late to your appointment - and we reserve the right to refuse service if lateness or cancelations becomes a chronic issue.
